Refund Policy — 7-Day Guarantee

Effective date: September 2, 2025

We want you to be confident in RocketPost. If it isn’t a fit, we offer a 7-day refund from the date of your initial purchase.

What’s refundable

  • New purchases of RocketPost licenses made on rocketpost.pro within the last 7 calendar days.
  • Upgrades (price difference) within 7 days of the upgrade date.

What’s not refundable

  • Renewals and recurring subscription charges billed more than 7 days ago.
  • Purchases older than 7 days.
  • Orders made through third-party resellers/marketplaces (please request refunds from them directly).
  • Fees from third-party services you connect to RocketPost (e.g., hosting, OpenAI, Pexels).

Before we process a refund

To prevent accidental billing or continued access:

  • Please deactivate your license in your WordPress site(s) and remove the plugin.
  • We’ll revoke/deactivate the refunded license once the refund is issued.

We may ask for a brief note on what went wrong so we can improve, but you’re not required to provide one to receive a refund within the window.

How to request a refund

  1. Email info@rocketpost.pro from your order email.
  2. Include your order number and (optionally) the license key’s last 4 characters.
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and process the refund to your original payment method.

Processing time: We issue refunds promptly once approved; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your license and account access while the payment provider investigates. Refund requests are faster and cleaner via info@rocketpost.pro.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy over time; the most recent version will always be posted on our site. Changes won’t affect refunds already granted.
